Gisele Bundchen has announced that she is bringing out a book to her 14 million Instagram followers. “Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life” is inspired by her own life experiences. She shares tips and values that guided her on her personal journey, through her highs and lows: “looking back on some of the years, what I’ve learned, the values that guided me and the tools that have helped me become who I am, has been a profound and transformative experience. I’m happy I get share with you my journey through many of the ups and downs that made me who I am today!” she said in her Instagram post.
She explained this life philosophy in a previous exclusive interview with Vogue Paris:”I feel pain, anger, disappointment, just like anybody else, but I love my life. I think of all the big challenges I’ve faced and the non-stop work that that it took to get to where I am today. When I concentrate on the positive thing in my life, I get more positivity back, so I try to keep a good energy about me, and to use it well”. To keep up with up with these good-vibes – only guidelines, Gisele swears by meditation: ,,Meditation helps me through each moment of my life, keeping me grounded, with a clear and focused mind, especially when I am anxious or upset. I know I have to do is concentrate on my breathing to anchor in the present and calm down.”
She eats organic produce, with fruits and vegetables grown in her own vegetable garden at home, and goes on frequent cleanses and silent retreats twice a year. So it’s no surprise that Gisele, master of wellbeing and a green lifestyle, is finally releasing a book. And it looks set to become the new wellbeing bible.
